THEE SPC SAY
While we at Thee SPC love the current guitar music of our fair city, we equally yearn for the sound of something new, something space-age, something that can only be manifested by the passage of electrons through printed circuit and silicone chip. Plus we love wibbly-wobbly noises! Sheffield has a robust history of electronic music and it has spawned a truly diverse legacy that continues to grow ever stronger in contempory music. So it is with this musical legacy in mind and with an eye to the future that we proudly present Thee Sheffield Radiophonic Workshop. This fantastic electronica compilation features The Lovers, Kings Have Long Arms, Michael J. Coxx, Darren Chuck, Pony Harvest, Conrad, The Box Set and Wrong Toy.
