	"Baltic Fleet is Liverpool-based artist Paul Fleming, who wrote this record whilst on a world tour playing keyboards for Echo & The Bunnymen. He's created a sound reminiscent of krautrockers such as Neu! and Can, or the works of Brian Eno. "3 Dollar Dress" is the stronger of the two tracks, with it mentronomic drum machine urgency."
